PUBLIC AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT RELATIONS

The Vince Group has been retained over the years by such companies and organizations as Waste Management, USA Waste, American National Power (ANP), United Water Services, DRC Emergency Services, FFP/Rye Development, PCI Northeast, Con Edison Development, and the Northeast Association of Wholesale Distributors, to act on their behalf as a primary conduit to gubernatorial administrations and to the various state and regulatory agencies under whose jurisdiction their operations fall. The Vince Group has also utilized its extensive political contacts in many other states to assemble the talent needed to assist clients in achieving particular objectives. Our primary goal is always to enhance every client's opportunity for success.

STRATEGIC MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

The Vince Group has provided strategic marketing and business development services for clients including Constellation’s Projects and Services Group, Con Edison Development, Milone and MacBroom, Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI), CPower, Witt O'Brien's, Johnson Controls (JCI), Trane, and TYCO Integrated Security, successfully pursuing sales opportunities in municipalities around New England, and with state governments across the country. The Vince Group does not take the place of a company's "in-house" sales and marketing force, but, rather, augments those day-to-day efforts by bringing a fresh political perspective to each product or service offered by our clients.

The Vince Group also seeks out business development opportunities by bringing companies and technologies together in partnerships that may not be readily apparent to the companies themselves. Our extensive contacts and interface across the business and technology communities enable us to see compatibility between and among companies and industry that lead to business opportunities and development.

GRASSROOTS ISSUES ADVOCACY AND COALTION BUILDING

The Vince Group has also been retained to spearhead grassroots issue advocacy campaigns and coalition building. In this capacity, we have worked in concert with virtually every major grassroots advocacy shop in Washington, D.C. In addition, The Vince Group has also been directly retained by such high-profile organizations as The Business Roundtable (BRT), a Washington based association of the nation's top CEOs, representing a combined work force of more than 10 million employees nationally, to pursue national initiatives at the local/regional level.

REAL ESTATE AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

Companies such as Constellation Energy Projects and Services Group, PDC/El Paso Energy, Con Edison Development, Winn Companies and Arch Street Development, have turned to The Vince Group to pursue sites for solar and other renewable energy projects, site search and siting of merchant power plants and affordable/work force housing development. In addition, the Vince Group and its sister firm, Silver Lane Partners, LLC, are currently pursuing development of a site in East Hartford, Connecticut, for the location of the third Connecticut casino, to be constructed by MMCT, the Mohegan-Mashantucket Pequot joint venture.
